By doubling the square footage of this 1902 Victorian home, we were able to encompass modern flair while staying true to Victorian concept. The restoration and addition started by stripping the house down to its framing. The 3000 square foot addition houses underground parking, three stories of in-floor heating, and a state of the art theatre. Throughout the entire home, the original Victorian design was used which integrated 23-piece window trim, and the restoration of the 106-year-old fireplaces. Set amidst the Rocky Mountains, this beautiful home preserves a by-gone era.
